Payroll Manager | AER International

For our client ? an international mining operator in Central Africa ? we are looking for:
Payroll Manager

A successful candidate will be:
- a qualified accountant with understanding of the payroll cycle, payroll taxes and payroll reconciliations,
- able to provide support in standardization of salaries and maintain the company organogram and managing union relations
- Strong Excel/Analytical skills and problem solving skills

Accounting experience within a large corporate business
Experience within an IFRS reporting environment and a quick learner

Key competencies required:
? Experience managing a team and to keep them motivated
? Problem solving skills and get into the detail of reconciliations
? Excellent communication skills to liaise with all levels and disciplines within the organisation.

- English speaking essential
- French speaking and reading will be an added advantage
